1. Hair Store Manager, Walnut, CA

Tedhair is an internationally known hair brand with 7 local stores in USA, our customers are Salon owner, Store owner, Hairstylist and Online seller across the world. We're currently looking for a Store Manager for our Walnut location. In this position you will work directly with the Operations Manager and sales consultant. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring every customer who visits has an exceptional customer service experience. If you have a wholesale management background, an interest in beauty, fashion or experience using or working with hair bundles or wigs, this is an excellent opportunity to bring your passion and expertise to a leading innovator in the human hair industry.

Business Hours:
9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday), 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the Store.
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience to our customers.
  • Daily financial reconciliation and reporting and cash deposits.
  • Inventory management and accountability.
  • Tracking monthly and annual sales and performance goals.
  • Weekly marketing and promotional outreach for the Store.

  • More than 2 years management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills dealing with peers, supervisors and customers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and management skills.
  • Impeccable work ethic, discipline and integrity.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring every customer who visits has an exceptional customer service experience.   • Assisting with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the store.
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience to our customers.
  • Assistance with inventory counts.
  • Weekly boutique marketing and promotional outreach for the boutique.
  • Filling in to avoid staffing gaps as necessary.
