You may also choose to “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” without using a PayPal account. Kindly enter your information and click “Pay Now” to complete your payment safely via PayPal.

3. Pay With Credit/Debit Card

Credit cards available for payment are listed above. Please note that TEDHAIR does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please contact your card-issuing bank for information.

Shipping Guide

We ship worldwide!

Your orders will be shipped from our warehouses located in either China Mainland or US Warehouses. Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours; We ship from Monday- Saturday, You will receive a tracking number once your order shipped.

Incorrect address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. Orders are generally shipped in the next business day. If you made an error with your shipping address, please contact us at info@tedhair.com before order shipment. If your order has already been processed or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, and you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees)

Duty disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise you as to how much these fees might be, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.

How to Track

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
